Review, revisions & launch

Can we skip the Strategic Sprint and go straight to ads or SEO?

No — and this applies to both the Sprint and the website build. Before we run any ongoing marketing, we require that your foundation be built through us. That means completing the Strategic Sprint and having your website developed by Chiro Digital.

The reason is simple: for our ads and SEO to perform the way they need to, we have to know the foundation is set up correctly. When we build the strategy, the website, and the marketing system together, everything is aligned from day one — and that alignment is what drives long-term results. We won't run ads to a foundation we didn't build, because we can't stand behind the outcome.

How long until I start seeing results from ads and SEO?

Google Ads can generate new patient inquiries within the first few weeks of launch. Local SEO typically takes 2–4 months to show meaningful ranking improvements, though your Google Business Profile can improve faster. We set honest expectations from the start — no inflated promises.

Do I have to start ongoing marketing right after my website launches?

Not at all. Some practices complete the Foundation Phase and take time before activating the growth system — whether that's a month, a few months, or longer. There's no pressure. When you're ready, we pick up right where the Sprint left off.

What does the free audit actually involve?

We review your website, your local search visibility, your competitive landscape, and any current marketing you're running. You receive a written report with findings and specific recommendations. It typically takes a few days and requires nothing from you except basic information about your practice.

How much do I need to budget for ad spend?

Ad spend is separate from our management fees and paid directly to Google and Meta. We'll recommend a starting budget based on your market and goals during the audit and Sprint. Most practices start with $1,000–$1,500/month per channel and scale from there based on results.
